Memories I can never get back




"I had been really happy in my childhood playing with my friends in the garden at the back of the house which has various types of trees. My family raised me very well so that my childhood has been really enjoyable and peaceful. My mom played an important role in that case when she always cooked me my favorite dishes when was home. So I often miss those innocent memories, especially when I am away, especially when I am in Chiang Mai. Anyway, it is always sweet to call back these memories even though I can never get back those memories in my life."

  May be this is the time that I should stop getting back something in return from my job applications. Looking back at the story, it was since December 2022 that I had been looking for jobs. At first, I had been looking for jobs with good salaries so that I can build the house in Mrauk U. I keep looking for that without losing a piece of hope. It was June 23, 2022 that I first met the person, who transforms my life into a miracle. A miracle for my life, a miracle throughout my two years journey in Thailand.  Who Creates Climate Change and Who Suffers?   When I was 19 in 2015, I experienced the most serious flood of my life in Mrauk U which is my hometown. The water level was increasing immediately and the flow of water was too strong, if you passed it, you can be floated with the water flow even if you can swim. Me and my sister were sent to neighbor's house from the highland area. My mom and dad were being busy with keeping the household accessories in the place where they thought the flood could not reach. There were a few boats in the flooded main road in front of our house. Here was the question that came up in my mind after flooding. What made this flood happened?
